Charitable Tax Credit*

Give to EMPACT‒Suicide Prevention Center, La Frontera Center, or La Paloma Family Services and receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit, available to anyone who files an Arizona state tax return. 100% of your donation will stay in Arizona. You can receive up to $400 if you file as single, or up to $800 if you file jointly. Arizona’s charitable tax credit allows you to claim a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on contributions to qualified organizations. The State of Arizona recognizes all three agencies as qualified charitable organizations.

Foster Care Tax Credit*
Give to La Paloma Family Services and receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit, available to anyone who files an Arizona state tax return. 100% of your donation will stay in Tucson. You can receive up to $500 if you file as single, or up to $1000 if you file jointly. Arizona’s foster care tax credit allows you to claim a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on contributions to qualified foster care organizations. The State of Arizona recognizes La Paloma Family Services as a qualified foster care organization.

*NOTE: Tax credits are separate and both can be taken for a maximum of $900 for persons filing single and $1800 for persons filing jointly.
